CHARMAINE SMITH JOINS DAI SOLUTIONS
We’re excited to welcome Charmaine Smith to the DAI Solutions Team! Charmaine joins our team as a Management Consultant. She holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Texas-San Antonio and an A.A. in Aviation Management. Her previous professional experience includes eight years of military service where she managed various change management initiatives, organizational development interventions, and facilitated process improvement events to enhance strategic alignment.

She has over 20 years of communications, consulting, marketing, writing, editing and project management experience. Over the years, she has worked with both commercial and federal clients and has been a member of the press. Karin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Alabama.
